Returns & Refunds
While we hope you love your Good Egg, if you do wish to exchange your item we are happy to offer a return for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible via email. Any exchanges must be in original condition and in original packaging.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on customised Good Eggs.

Unfortunately, Good Eggs is unable to cover any return postage costs applicable to a change-of-mind exchange. Shipping costs and custom duties (if applicable) are non-refundable in the case of a return, return for exchange or store credit.


We recommend you use the original shipping box we used to post your items. 

Once we have received the returned parcel it will be inspected to ensure it's in its original condition. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.

In the unfortunate event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@goodeggs.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please include the your order number and images of the damaged box and damaged item(s).

Store Credits
Good Eggs store credits do not expire.
