Pre-orders are now open for 2023 with all orders placed after December 21 to be shipped in January 2023.

Please allow two weeks for us to handcraft and ship your Good Egg. During peak times including Christmas, please allow an extra week.

When your Good Egg is ready to dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number.

We do keep stock of some styles so if you need a gift in a hurry, please get in touch.

Good Eggs are shipped in recyclable or compostable packaging. All orders are shipping by AusPost. Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all Australian orders over $70. Express Post is available as a surcharge at checkout.

Our orders are carefully packed in recyclable materials and safely shipped with AusPost. Once dispatched, we provide tracking details. If your order is damaged on arrival, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery.

To reduce our environmental impact, most Good Eggs are made to order. Please allow 10 working days for us to handcraft your Good Egg. If you need an urgent gift, please get in touch and we can let you know if your selection is available for immediate dispatch.

Standard Good Eggs can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. They must be in original packaging and unused. Custom text orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

With the exception of Star Sign Good Eggs, all Good Eggs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Keep your Good Egg safe in the dishwasher by nestling it into the top drawer. Your silicon lid can also be washed in the dishwasher.

Ceramics is the preferred material for take-away specialty coffee as it does not taint the taste and allows for a premium experience.

If your Good Egg has gold lustre, please handwash only and do not use it in the microwave.

Good Eggs are available in 3 sizes:

Small 120ml (4oz) - Espresso, Double Espresso, Piccolo, Short Black

Medium 250ml (8oz) - Flat White, Long Black, Mocha, Cappuccino, Latte, Hot Chocolate, Chai, Macha

Large 350ml (12oz) - Flat White, Long Black, Mocha, Cappuccino, Latte, Hot Chocolate

The designer collaborations and Star Signs are available in Large but can be special ordered in Medium. Please get in touch to order.

We understand that accidents happen. If you would like to order another Good Egg, please send us a photo of your broken Good Egg and we'll send you a 10% off code.

We'll also send you a return label to ship it back to us so that we can dispose of it responsibly.

Light staining may occur over time on any ceramic object. Try to rinse your Good Egg as soon as possible after use. A trip through the dishwasher or some gumption should remove most stains. Please get in touch if you need any guidance on how to clean your Good Egg.
